Will The X-Men Make Their MCU Debut InThe Marvels?
In the final moments of the trailer, Nick Fury grimly states,“They’re here”.The statement is accompanied by a beam of light that emerges from the hole that Dar-Benn has ripped in space, hinting at the characters jumping from one universe to another, like the villains fromSpider-Man: No Way Home.
Many fans have speculated that Nick Fury is referring to the X-Men in his statement. The mutants are all set to make their MCU debut soon and will be getting their first dedicated film in the form of Ryan Reynolds’Deadpool 3. The inclusion finally came after Disney acquired Fox Studios. There have also been speculations about Fury also referring to the Fantastic Four, who are due to appear in phase six.
However, right after Fury’s statement, there is a shot that reveals an unknown woman in a white and yellow suit. Many have speculated it to be Brie Larson as the character Binary. The superhero is a duplicate of Carol Danvers in the comics and she has been long rumored to be a part of the film.
