Recently, rumors have begun to circulate thatOne Piecemay go on a week-long hiatus after the release ofChapter 1101on June 24, 2025. Scotch Informer, who regularly brings updates and leaks aboutOne Pieceon X, was the first to mention the hiatus. He later claimed that “Chapter 1102 will be the last chapter of the year” in aseparate post.

Contrary to popular belief, the supposed hiatus wouldn’t be because of health concerns relating to Oda but rather due to the JUMP FESTA 2024. The upcoming event in Chiba, Japan on December 16 and 17, coincides with the date forChapter 1102’srelease.
This is the reason whyChapter 1102is now rumored to debut on December 24 on VIZ rather than December 17. Morax on X mentioned in atweetthat the leaks for the chapter will be available four days before the chapter’s release.
