On June 22, during the middle of Pride Month, the Canadian psychiatrist and Youtuber Jordan Peterson took to the platform to tweet about Page’s sex change and stated“Remember when pride was a sin?”.He continued“And Ellen Page just had her breasts removed by a criminal physician.”Almost after a week, his daughter Mikhaila screenshotted the message and said about her father that the respective tweet of his got deleted and she accused Twitter of not being a platform for Free Speech.

Peterson’s friend and conservative politician Dave Rubin also commented on this case and came in support of his friend and called thisinsanityon Twitter.

Jordan Peterson even claimed that he wouldrather diebut not delete the tweet. He spoke toNational Postand his words are:

“There are no rules on Twitter except don’t do what we don’t like today,” he said. “They are always applied post hoc by algorithms and idiots bent on maintaining their woke superiority.”

Jordan Peterson is not new to controversies. Earlier also he came under the radar for commenting on the plus-size Sports Magazine cover model and calling her “not beautiful” and he also expressed his thoughts of leaving Twitter after being criticized for his views.
