The Trailer ofKraven The HunterHas Caused Quite a Stir On Twitter

With the trailer ofKraven The Hunterbeing recently dropped, it gave us a glimpse of what we can expect from the movie. The trailer gave us a look atAaron Taylor-Johnsonas Sergei Kravinoff or Kraven The Hunter. It also gave us a look at another iconic Spider-Man villain, Rhino or Aleksei Sytsevich. While there were a lot of exciting aspects of this trailer, some fans seem to focus on a different kind of detail.

Kraven The Hunter’s costume in comics has quite a lot of animal features. From a lion as a coat to a necklace made of teeth, his attire is quite unconventional. This costume was quite literally copied onto Johnson’s version of the character, being incredibly accurate. Fans however seem not too pleased about this calling the costume similar to that of another Marvel character.

Who wants to bet that in this film Calypso will be an African priestess, and the one who gives him the potion that’s the source of his powers?

Many have even pointed out the similarities in the movie posters as both characters are sitting on thrones in similar poses. Some, however, are supporting Johnson’s Kraven The Hunter, stating that the similarities are purely coincidental and the character is being adapted pretty accurately from the comics.
