Something about the past few years spent in isolation and a global existential threat has made the younger generation more empathetic about their relationships with the people around them. It seems as though the aftermath of the pandemic created enough ripples in Tom Holland and Zendaya’s life, too, considering how the couple took a major step in their relationship barely a year after officially walking down the red carpet together.

Tom Holland and Zendaya Secure Their Richmond Home

7 months after the world went crazy over a creepily-shot zoomed-in paparazzi image ofTom HollandandZendayain a car together, and 2 months after the pair officially walked down a red carpet together, news started pouring in about the newly in love couple buying a home together in the UK. The house, rated approximately at USD 4 million, was reported to be located in Richmond, a 15-minute drive from the neighborhood where Tom Holland grew up, Kingston upon Thames.

After the reports were confirmed, the couple’s UK home was soon put up with high-tech security and an 8-foot steel gate to prevent intruders, trespassers, and the paparazzi. Reports at the time claimed that Holland spent nearly $500,000 on renovating their England home and reinforcing its security measures which would not be an exaggeration, considering how upset both of them were when their privacy was invaded back in July 2021.
