Rowling’spresence would be greatly helpful due to her insights into the show.

“No, I don’t think this is the forum. That’s a very online conversation, very nuanced and complicated and not something we’re going to get into. Our priority is what’s on the screen. Obviously, the ‘Harry Potter’ story is incredibly affirmative and positive and about love and self-acceptance. That’s our priority — what’s on screen. [Rowling] will be involved. She’s an executive producer on the show. Her insights are going to be helpful on that.”

Another user stated that if people tend to reject literature based on the author’s opinion of the world, then reading would be difficult. The movie shaped his childhood and he would like his kids to experience the same magic.

If we started rejecting literature based on author’s morality and characters, we’d have to give up on reading and literature altogether.HP made my childhood better, made me a better person (I’d like to think so).I want the babies in my family to feel that magic too.
