The Flashis soon going to end with its final season airing in February. Grant Gustin will be parting ways with his iconic character after eight long seasons and a ninth one on its way. The series has seen Barry Allen in his journey from becoming Flash to adorning the golden boots and growing alongside his team and family.

Upon the release of the first poster for the final season ofThe Flash,fans have been getting rather emotional.Grant Gustinwas perfect for the role of Barry Allen and every fan is in unison over that fact. Amongst the various ways that the audience wants the series to end, popular demand has been to see the Scarlet Speedster sacrifice himself to save the people he loves to protect.

Fans want to see Barry run back to the past one last time and sacrifice himself, turning into the lightning that hit him in the first season and turned him into the hero he now is. The Flash has always been a hero who mixes well with the people and is loved by Central City, so to see him sacrifice himself for the city could be perfect. The series has been struggling these past few seasons but that does not stop the fans from hoping for the final season to be brilliant. The love that the fans have given to the show and vice versa has allowed the series to run for as long as it has.

To see a show as loved asThe Flashend, fans have been expressing just how much they loved the show, whether it be the first few seasons or the actors involved. Even after being nine seasons long, fans don’t want the series to end and they wish to see more of Grant Gustin as the character.

I got a feeling the series is gonna end basically how it started and they’ll travel to his parents house and become the lightning bolt that strikes him and then the series will be one huge loop, I’m probably wrong but I think it’d be cool to end the series like that

They have been appreciating the poster as well as hyping up the final season for everyone to anticipate highly. Fans want to see the Scarlet Speedster either vanish, disappear, die, or be turned into lightning; all of this is to make the ending more meaningful.

The Flash’sfinal season will air on CW from 8th February 2023.
