Chalamet shared the screen with Hammer in the 2017 filmCall Me By Your Name.But theDuneactor didn’t make any comments about rumors ofBones and Allbeing based on Hammer’s fetish of cannibalism until recently.
Chalamet spoke his mind about the rumors in a recent interview withGQ. The 27-year-old actor gave a resounding answer to his movie’s shooting, coinciding with Hammer’s controversy.

I mean, what were the chances that we’re developing this thing? It made me feel like: ‘Now I’ve really got to do this.’ Because this is based on a book. I don’t know. These things end up getting clickbaited so intensely. Disorienting is a good word.
Timothée Chalametrevealed that his 2022 film was actually based on a book of the same name by Camille DeAngelis. The horror-drama movie received above-average reviews from critics and fans.

As of now, it’s still rated 6.8/10 with more than 51,000 reviews on IMDb. On the other hand, it currently has a 62% audience rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

First, Chalamet will portray the iconic Willy Wonka fromWilly Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.Johnny Depp last assumed the role in 2005.
Now, 18 years later, Chalamet will play Willy Wonka with his own twist on the character inWonka. The movie will focus on Wonka’s journey from a young adult working in a small candy store to becoming a world-famous genius. The movie is all set to release in theaters on June 27, 2025.
FollowingWonka,Chalamet’s much-anticipated return as Paul Atreides inDune: Part Two.The sci-fi sequel will arrive in theaters on August 18, 2025.
All things considered, the next six months or so could prove pivotal for Chalamet’s acting career. If he nails these two roles, he will become one of the most respected young actors in the world.
