Strategy games also enjoy a specific, enthusiastic audience. Another genre which isn’t as popular, yet the game and the details revealed about it certainly look promising. The game is also developed by an Indie Studio and by one developer named Grzegorz.
Despite being released by a solo developer and an Indie studio, the game looks visually stunning. Apart from that, it also uses technologies like Motion Capture, Simulation and photogrammetry. It will be interesting to experience what the game offers in such a niche genre.
Number 6 on Wishlists on Steam: Ark 2
ARK 2is an upcoming survival game which comes out sometime in 2024. The game is set on a fictional Island named Ark and features Vin Diesel as the protagonist. Diesel is also the Executive Producer of the game.
The game is among the most anticipated games because of the hype building around its teaser and the announcements. However, there is a reason why the hype for the game is surprising if one discounts the fact that Vin Diesel will play the game’s protagonist.
The game is also reported to feature Souls-like combat and in-depth traversal mechanics like swinging climbing and parkour. It will also possess a series of dynamic world events which will take place based on the player’s actions.
Nevertheless,ARK 2is undoubtedly one of the more surprising games on the wishlists on Steam. That is because it comes after the first game,Ark: Survival Evolvedreceived mixed reviews from critics. The game was criticised for its excruciatingly punishing difficulty and nature. The game got excessively grindy at times.
The game’sMetacriticscore was also 70, labelled Mixed Or Average. Although, the game did manage to sell over 5 million copies. Given the series’ track record, it will be interesting to see the game’s reception once it comes out in 2024.
