According to an Industry insider, it is being said that the upcoming movie surrounding the Scarlet Speedster will be around 150 minutes long. Although the final ending for the movie is still reportedly being discussed by Warner Bros. Discovery executives, it’s reasonable to see why the movie will comprise a long runtime.
Even though longer runtimes don’t always imply the quality of the movie, it does ensure that the filmmakers have enough time to establish their story in the way they want. Considering that DC hasn’t shied away from long runtimes, with their recent biggest success beingThe Batman, which was almost 3 hours long, it makes sense that they might do the same forThe Flash.
