In the episode, right before Manchester City and AFC Richmond’s match, the “Cityzens” can be heard singing Manchester City’s anthem. Keeley then says that AFC Richmond should also have a classic old song for its fans so they can chant it. Leslie then explained that in 1980, AFC Richmond had an anthem when Freddie Mercury owned the club. As per Leslie, the lead singer of Queen tried to make ‘Fat Bottomed Girls‘ the team anthem, but it offended certain women so the plan was scrapped.

A new episode ofTed Lasso‘s season 3 releases on Apple TV+ every Wednesday. The final episode of the season is all set to release on Apple TV+ on Wednesday, May 31.
