The Marvels’ Post-credits Scene Explained!
AfterTeyonah Parris’Monica Rambeau sacrifices herself at the end of the movie, she is shocked when she wakes up to a version of her late mother, Maria, who is not in fact the Maria people saw inBrie Larson‘sCaptain Marvel. This alternate version, now named Binary and sporting a new costume, has no recognition of Monica, and rightly so.
Consequently, as Monica grapples with all her emotions following the encounter, Beast, who is portrayed by Kelsey Grammer in the movieX-Men: Days of Future Past, enters the scene, and that is where things get pretty interesting.

Despite the shabby CGI version of Beast, which very closely resembles the character from the 90sX-Men: The Animated Series, this scene brought many down memory lane.
And if minute details were also to be discussed, the room where the scene took place, also further showcased an aesthetic that the FoxX-Menfranchise typically goes for. Although all the hints point towards one direction, it is not confirmed yet. But, finally, for the first time in a long time, fans can truly hope to see what they have been waiting for years. So will the X-Men finally be coming on to the MCU? Only time will tell. Fans are eagerly waiting to see how this plays out!

With the main point addressed, the movie also subtly introduced smaller subplots that have the potential to significantly impact the future of the MCU. Here are some,

1Kamala Khan’s Team of Future Superheroes!
Inspired by her collaboration with Carol Danvers and Monica Rambeau this time around, Kamala Khan played byIman Vellaniinitiates her own project in New York City, where she ends up finding Kate Bishop. This interaction then hints at the formation of a new team of young heroes, with potential members like Cassie Lang, Wiccan, Ironheart, Patriot, America Chavez, and Thor’s daughter, Love, among others.
2Carol Danvers Comes Back to Earth Finally!
After Monica’s heroic sacrifice, Carol Danvers seemingly relocates to Louisiana, a significant move considering her past avoidance of Earth due to guilt over her actions on Hala. Now that she has saved the planet by reigniting its sun, this has brought her back to Earth. While this may suggest she will be a lot closer to the Avengers now, fans are not sure how this will play out. Fans speculate this hints at her inclusion in the next roster ofEarth’s Mightiest Heroes.
3Goose Is Not Alone!
In the post-credit scene, the movie also revealed a minor plot point and that is Goose has its own children. This heartwarming moment suggests that Goose is not the only Flerken now residing on Earth!
The Marvelscomes to theaters on the 10th of November!
