Although the movies under the superhero franchise have performed decently at the box office, it’s not always the same with the audience. One such movie also includes the 2019 movieCaptain Marvelstarring Brie Larson. And according to a new report, the sci-fi action movie continues to be the most hated MCU movie so far.

The Most Hated Movie of the Marvel Cinematic Universe
Brie Larsonmade her MCU debut in the 2019 movie and has reprised her character several times, includingAvengers: Endgame.And she is again set to reprise her role as Carol Danvers, aka Captain Marvel, in the upcoming movie alongsideTeyonah ParrisandIman Vellani.
However, MCU fans do not have a liking to theAvengers: Endgamestar, leading to huge criticism about her casting in the franchise and the 2019 movie. While the film did great at the box office, grossing over $1 billion, and was also praised by critics, fans were highly disappointed with it.

And they have still not changed their opinion about it, as it continues to top the hate list of the MCU movies. A new report based on a sample of over 120,000 tracked tweets has revealed it to be the most hated movie in 23 states.
The number is far ahead of movies likeEternalsandBlack Widow, which topped the chart in 7 and 6 states respectively. Other movies include the most recent releases from the studio, includingDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Thor: Love and Thunder,and others.

Brie Larson’s Comeback Receiving the Same Response
The Marvel fans still haven’t changed their mind about Brie Larson’s character in the MCU, and their dislikeness for the actress and her character follows in her comeback as well. The studio released the official trainer of the upcoming movieThe Marvelstwo months ago.
However, fans did not wait till the release of the movie to show their despise for it. Soon after the release of the official trailer, fans dislike-bombed it with more than 214K dislikes. Many called the movie and its character“woke,”as it became one of the most disliked trailers of the MCU movies. The studio has hidden the dislike count of the trailer, which was last recorded to be 468,000.
