A Twitter user @MyTimeToShineH has claimed that Robert Downey Jr. is expected to return inAvengers: Secret Wars. The user also claimed that he could also feature in theArmor Wars,which is expected to release in 2024.

Rumors about theDue Datestar’s cameo or a brief appearance inArmor Warshave been going around for a while now. The film will follow Don Cheadle’s character James Rhodes. Considering his relationship with Tony Stark in the MCU, fans are expecting to see theSherlock Holmesstar in a flashback sequence with his best friend.
There are also rumors that the film could feature a pre-recorded message from Tony Stark, similar to the one shown at the end ofAvengers: Endgame. Some rumors also claim that the studio is planning to bring back former Marvel actors to play variants of their MCU characters.

Fans Don’t Want the Studio to Ruin Iron Man’s Sacrifice
Robert Downey Jr’s Iron Man is one of the most iconic MCU characters. The superhero has been in the MCU since he was introduced in the 2008 film. And after protecting the MCU for more than a decade the character got what fans considered the ‘perfect ending‘ inEndgame.
Who cares about a cameo. Make it meaningful or don’t do it. If you’re gonna “cheapen” the Endgame sacrifice then you at least have to make it worth it. If we don’t get something great from it then it’s just a net loss.
