Kate Moss Didn’t Enjoy the Photoshoot at All!
Right after the shoot hit the public eye, the model candidly opened up toVanity Fair, baring her true feelings about the experience and recounting her journey of modeling topless alongside the actor. She said,
“I had a nervous breakdown when I was 17 or 18 when I had to go and work with Marky Mark and Herb Ritts. It didn’t feel like me at all. I felt really bad about straddling this buff guy. I didn’t like it. I couldn’t get out of bed for two weeks. I thought I was going to die.”
In response to Moss’ experience, the actor also shared his account of working with the model. He revealed toThe Guardian,
“I never really had a problem with Kate, did I? I think I was probably a little rough around the edges. Kind of doing my thing. I wasn’t very … worldly, let’s say that. But I’ve seen her and said hello. I think we saw each other at a concert here and there, we said hi and exchanged pleasantries.”
Despite their responses suggesting no animosity, it was evident that none of the individuals engaged in the iconic photoshoot truly relished the experience.
