Fans have been rooting for the God of Mischief since day one, and the finale ofLokiSeason 2 did justice to his arc. Marvel’s treatment of Hiddleston’s character has left fans in awe.

Tom Hiddleston’s Loki Finally Found His Glorious Purpose!
As the second season ofTom Hiddleston‘s Loki came to an end, fans were left in awe of what they had just witnessed. It can now be said that Loki’s character arc is now a strong contender alongside Tony Stark’s in the entirety of MCU. In a remarkable turn of events, the God of Mischief finally discovered his glorious purpose, something he had yearned for throughout his entire existence.
The responsibility of saving the entirety of time is no easy feat, and his visible desperation, particularly in the last episode, added further depth to his character. The added challenge of saving his friends made his mission even more challenging.
He has indeed come a long way, from being deemed unreliable and untrustworthy to someone capable of selflessly sacrificing himself for the sake of all existence. After contemplating various ways for several centuries to save literally‘everything’simultaneously, he finally arrived at the conclusion that sacrificing himself was the key.
And how did he do that? He chucked the temporal loom, becoming the very being holding all of existence together. That’s his glorious purpose. The grandeur of this particular moment is a lot to take in, but man, was it good.

Marvel Really Outdid Themselves WithLoki 2!
After the recent MCU slump,Loki 2was just what the MCU needed to revive the hype, and they did it right. Although Loki was somewhat initially overshadowed in the shows by his brother Thor, he quickly became one of the most popular characters in the franchise.
Thus, where Loki was last left standing in the MCU felt odd to many. Some fans felt they were robbed of a satisfying ending for the character. Therefore, the television series did everything right to address and rectify those concerns.
Indeed the finale was a lot to take in, fans are now voicing their emotions post watching the finale,

Burdened with the glorious purpose now, Loki has become the God of Stories, and his character arc has come full circle, winning millions of hearts. The show, for the time being, did not hint at any upcoming projects or sequels tied to the finale, guess this is the end, only time will tell. But Loki remains, forever!
