Kodansha Releases Two New Indie Titles
IGNISTONEis a roguelike action game by MONO ENTERTAINMENT and published by Kodansha. In the game, players go on a quest to find and recover Ignistone and engage in intense one-on-one battles with the enemies. The players will need to reach the 100th-floor basement of an enigmatic dungeon beneath the surface to obtain Ignistone.
Players will have a range of swords to choose from and up to eight amulets that will aid them during combats and improve their stats. As players navigate through the dungeons they will find rare items, surprises, and powerful enemies. The journey through the dungeons will progress with decision points at every ten levels.

Players will be able to choose whether they want to continue to go to the surface, regroup and strengthen themselves, and if players decide to continue they will be at risk of losing everything that they would have achieved during the journey so far. The deeper the players go, they will encounter more powerful foes guarding the Ignistone. So be clever and decide wisely.
