A clip showing Johnny Depp’s Donald Trump impression has circulated on the internet, alongside the actor’s insights into how he embodies the character of the former president. While Johnny Depp’s impression of the former US president was good, Jamie Foxx gets it even better.

Well before the recent legal turbulence with his ex-wife Amber Heard and the highly publicized defamation case between the former partners, Depp assumed the role of Trump in the satirical Funny or Die TV film Donald Trump’s The Art of the Deal: The Movie. This star-studded comedy was released in 2016, during the lead-up to the presidential election. Jamie Foxx, however, has never played Trump but did make a strong case for himself.

He couldn’t vote for me at the time. Now he can vote for me once he gets out. I love Snoop D-O-double-G, great person.”
While Snoop erupted into laughter, host Brian ‘B.Dot’ Miller kept the joke going by questioning Foxx-as-Trump about his views on Death Row Records.
