Who is Reverse Flash and why is heFlash’s enemy?
As we delve into the details of the villains in theFlashcomic books, one of the most prominent names is ReverseFlash. Director Andy Muschietti confirmed that Reverse Flash was the one who murdered Nora Allen, Barry Allen’s mother,
“Well, Reverse Flash is the elephant in the room, right? It feels like you can’t make another movie without addressing the one that, in all accounts, is the murderer of Barry’s mom. So, it feels like the big villain.”
As per Muschietti, the character, ReverseFlash,would be shown in the sequel followingTheFlash. In that film, Barry would finally confront the man who murdered his mother.
Reverse Flash exists in the James Gunn-led DC universe, however, there can be some changes to the inclusion of the character in future films.

As the actor has already done a comic book adaptation series; fans of DC Comics wish to see him as the villain inFlash2.
