Jason Momoa Called Out Chris Pratt Over Single-Use Plastic
Jason Momoatakes his job as an actor and environmentalist very seriously. His activism has become an inspiration for many, as he uses his influence for good and promotes the idea of having a responsibility toward the planet.
TheAquamanstar is so dedicated to protecting the environment that he didn’t even hesitate to call out his fellow actor,Chris Prattwhen he shared a picture with a single-use plastic bottle. In 2019 Chris Pratt shared an Instagram post posing in activewear with a plastic water bottle in his hand.

While his fans were focused on theGuardians of the Galaxystar’s toned physique, Momoa’s eyes spotted something that he did not find very pleasing.“Bro I love u, but wtf on the water bottle, no single-use plastic.come on, theWolvesactor commented on his post.

Pratt also did not hesitate to reply to the DC star as he explained what really went down and how he ended up with a single-use plastic bottle in his hand.

Chris Pratt Replied to Aquaman’s Criticism
The Star Lord actor was quick to admit his fault and replied to Jason Momoa’s comment, saying that he always had his “water jug” with him. And despite having it that day too, he posed with a single-use plastic bottle.“Aquaman! You’re completely right. Dammit. I always carry my big gallon-size reusable water jug around with me too”thePassengerstar replied.
Pratt explained that he was confused about what to do with his hand during the shoot. And someone just handed him the bottle, and he posed with it. He further said,“So uncomfortable. For real tho. Love you too buddy. My bad. I don’t want your home of Atlantis covered in plastic.”Pratt also advised everyone to“Reduce. Reuse. Recycle”in his comment.
While theJurassic Worldstar did not seem offended by Momoa’s comment, people took offense and dug out old pictures of theSeeactor using plastic bottles. Soon the internet was divided, where some defended Momoa, and others called him a hypocrite.
Followed by the backlash, he shared a picture with Pratt and clarified that he did not mean to hurt anyone with his comment. He said that he is very passionate about the“single-use plastic epidemic”and just wanted to remind everyone the same.
