Talking about his brother, Donal Gibson went on to unleash several secrets about his brother after the latter found fame. Recalling an incident where Gibson called a female cop“sugar t*ts”while drunk driving, the actor’s only defense was that he was recorded illegally!

Clearly, that wasn’t a very nice thing to do. In an interview that became too controversial for Mel Gibson, his brother Donal Gibson talked about what changed after his brother found fame. Recalling several horrific incidents, the actor talked about how Gibson was arrested one time while drunk driving.

Recalling the incident, Donal Gibson stated that in 2006 things got worse when his brother found fame. Under the influence,Mel Gibsonwas arrested in 2006 in Malibu and he went on a drunken rampage. He called a female cop“sugar t*ts”,but denied the accusations later on. Following the allegations, Mel Gibson stated that he was recorded illegally and that there was no evidence of him having said anything of the like.
“I was loaded and angry and arrested. I was recorded – illegally – by an unscrupulous police officer who was never prosecuted for that crime and then it was made public by him for profit. Surely if I was really what they say I was, some kind of hater, there’d be evidence. There never has been. For one episode in the back of a police car on eight double tequilas to… dictate all the work, life’s work and beliefs… is really unfair.”
This was just one of the many incidents that has given the “Gibson” name a bad reputation. Mel Gibson’s brother Donal Gibson stated that since he was the brother of theBraveheartactor, every bad decision that his brother took, it was Donal Gibson who would take the fall for it.

It seems that the rife between the brothers seems to be getting deeper and darker with each passing day. In his rantings, Donal Gibson talked about how he had to suffer at the hands of Hollywood for the antics that theMad Maxactor used to do.
“Hollywood is a one-industry town and when Mel went nuclear and made those abhorrent remarks about Jews when he was arrested, my work dried up overnight. I believe Mel’s actions meant I couldn’t get work. The Gibson name was toxic,’ Donal says. ‘My agent dumped me. The phone stopped ringing.”
Donal Gibson has some roles throughout his Hollywood career but he never gained the momentum that his brother did. After refusing profusely and making amends, Mel Gibson has found some stable grounds once again as he finds himself busy shooting for 6 upcoming projects.
