Mila Kunis never wanted to Marry Ashton Kutcher
Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher met for the first time in 1998 for their show,That ’70s Show. While their character dated on and off, the actors never dated in real life. By 2003, Kutcher had started dating actress Demi Moore, who was 40, at the time. The couple married in 2005, but they filed for divorce in 2011.
It was around that time whenMila Kunis bumped into Kutcher again.
Talking about their accidental meet, she recalled in an interview,
“I was looking around, and there was a really beautiful man from the back. I was literally like, ‘Oh, he’s kinda hot’…and then he turned around, and I was like, “Oh my god, it’s Kutch.’ I thought it was the weirdest thing that I was checking this guy out, and it was someone that I had known forever.”
The actress shared that started dating casually as both of them had become freshly single. Kunis shared,
“We started dating with the idea that we both were never gonna get married. I was having the best time of my life, I had just come out of a relationship. He had come out of marriage. I said I was never gonna get married and he said great, neither am I. We were like shaking hands on it.”
She had broken up with her long-time boyfriend, Macaulay Culkin. The duo dated for a long duration, from 2002 to 2011.

Mila Kunis’ marriage with Ashton Kutcher
The couple started casually dating around 2011, but it hit a rough patch when she realized Kutcher was also dating another girl. However, she had developed feelings for him, so she decided to walk away from him.Ashton Kutcheralso realized that Kunis was special to him and asked her to move in with him. They began to officially date in 2012, and after two years of relationship, the couple got engaged. Kutcher proposed toTedStar with a diamond ring from Tiffany’s worth $260,000.
Days after their engagement, Kunis announced onThe Ellen DeGeneres Showthat she was pregnant. The couple welcomed their daughter, Wyatt Isabelle Kutcher, on August 18, 2025. Kunis and Kutcher got married in a private ceremony in 2015. The couple welcomed their second child in 2016, a baby boy named Dimitri Portwood Kutcher.
