Regarded as one of the best leg workout exercises, Dwayne Johnson also posted a video of him doing it. Giving his approval as well, Jason Momoa was quick to add a comment that it was one of his favorite exercises.

Being a WWE champion,Dwayne Johnsonis no stranger to injuries. One of his most painful ones was when he had his quad top torn off of his pelvis, which resulted in theBlack Adamstar getting a total of four knee surgeries.
Trying to get his balance back and strengthen his knee, Dwayne Johnson can be seen doing the Bulgarian Split Squad in his recent Instagram post. An exercise that helps take the pressure off of your knee joints, it is also counted among the most dreaded knee workout.
“Still finding my groove & balance on these Bulgarian split squats. I started implementing these as my last exercise of 4 giant sets (4 leg exercises in a row 4x’s). Haven’t done these in years due to my 4 knee surgeries and I tore the top of my quad off my pelvis (in a wrestling match) so deep single leg movements like this can be a burning b*tch. But we gotta get consistently push and challenge ourselves daily or else life ain’t no fun.”
Responding to The Rock’s Instagram post,Jason Momoaquickly wrote in the comments,
“My favourite good for the knees uso.”
