It was the one where are real knife was plunged at him with full force and stopped just millimeters away from his eyeball. It was way closer than the director wanted it to be.

The character Tom Hunt wore special suction gloves to reach the 130th floor. Then he rappelled down to conclude the giant leap of faith.

He was just attached to a wire for safety purposes.
