However, once fans got over it, they wondered if Wanda was going to face any consequences for her actions. If the scooper is right then the people who will rise to power after the destruction of the previous Illuminati inDoctor Strange 2are those who are close to them. While it isn’t confirmed which characters will take their place, The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that the film will include characters from Fox’s Marvel films.

As such, it’s possible that Sue Storm, Medusa, Magneto, Monica, and Steve Rogers will look to take revenge for the deaths of Reed Richards, Black Bolt, Professor X, Captain Marvel, and Captain Carter. It’s also possible thatHugh Jackman‘s Wolverine, or another variant of him, could take revenge for Charles Xavier’s murder.
For now, this is just a theory. But even if this line-up isn’t true, it will be interesting to see which characters sit in the chairs of the previous Illuminati.
