‘Hawkeye’ Series In Development At Disney+

Once the mega deal with Fox finally closes, Disney will also acquire Fox’s 30% ownership share in the streaming service. Disney currently holds a 30% stake in Hulu, as does Comcast’s NBCUniversal, which are not interested in selling their stake at this time.

Hulu is currently valued at over $9 billion. The 10% purchase by the Mouse House would be approximately worth $930 million.

Huluwill be the exclusive homeof a slate of fouradult animated tv shows that are based on characters from Disney-ownedMarvel, on top ofMarvel’s Runaways.

These upcoming animated shows includeM.O.D.O.K.,Hit Monkey,Tigra & Dazzler Show, andHoward The Duck.The series will culminate in a special calledThe Offenders,which will be a team up show.
