After wrapping up theEmbers Yet Smoldermain quest, you may continue the campaign by speaking to Bryona. She will then task you to enter a Nightmare Dungeon, which is a challenge room full of powerful loot. You can gain access to a Nightmare Dungeon by finding a Nightmare Sigil from caches.
In Sins of the Horadrim, Blizzard Entertainment added a little extra called theHoradric Strongroom. These are smaller dungeons found within dungeons, and your Wanderer must complete the objectives in a certain amount of time. To find the entry portal, you must clear out every enemy in the room until it spawns.
Enter the portal and clear all the enemies from within. Once all smaller enemies are defeated, a boss will spawn and will be your final hurdle for the quest. After defeating the boss, recover the Blood Relic and inform Bryona of your progress.
