Cillian Murphy has certainly been turning heads with his spectacular performance inOppenheimer,playing the role of J. Robert Oppenheimer, he portrayed his character which such intensity that fans were left bewildered long after the movie ended. Christopher Nolan’s cinematography and storytelling all form a movie that impacted the audience in the best possible way. It was already hyped much prior to its release and now it’s conquering cinema in the finest way possible.

The other half of the coin, the second half to ‘Barbenheimer’, happens to be none other than Margot Robbie’sBarbie.The Greta Gerwig film also attracted just as big of an audience and the excitement they shared stayed the same before and after the movie. The merged fan-made posters were already all over the internet, but the fans aren’t the only ones interested in a merger.

Cillian Murphy Is Open To Playing Ken
The potential sequel forBarbiehas already made fans jump with excitement because of how jam-packed the first movie had been. When asked about whether or notCillian Murphywould be open to playing Ken or at least one Ken in the sequel, the actor seemed more than open to the idea.
“Sure, yeah! Let’s read the script and let’s have a conversation,”Murphy added.“I can’t wait to see it. I think it’s great for cinema to get all these great movies happening this summer.”

Ryan Gosling stole the spotlight with how great he was as Ken in the movie and the same could be said for Murphy as Oppenheimer. The actor stated that the idea of playing Ken in the sequel is one which he would not rule out and depending on the script, he would love to be a part of the film. The way both movies have been progressing, Murphy’s interest was piqued for the sequel toMargot Robbie’shit film. He was more so excited about watching the film with how much effort both the movies had put in.

Fans Cannot Wait To See Cillian Murphy In TheBarbieSequel
Fans were more than excited upon learning that Cillian Murphy is interested in playing Ken for theBarbiesequel. Margot Robbie’s film had a lot of big actors playing both Barbies and Kens so it would be only an upgrade to get Murphy on the film as well.

Murphy’s enthusiasm is enough for there to be an audience waiting for the film even before it is finalized. The success ofBarbieandOppenheimercombined has already broken records and apart from that, Gerwig’s movie’s success can give hope to the fans that a sequel is underway.
