Unfortunately, you can’t summon a Megalodon in Sea of Thieves, as they appear as random spawns.

How To Find a Megalodon in Sea of Thieves?
Megalodon is a random spawn that appears anywhere across the open sea and can’t be summoned. There are no guaranteed spawn locations or spots, as these gigantic sharks appear randomly in the oceans. However, you can increase your chances by sailing towards the center of the seas. Megalodon usually hunt down players in the open sea and don’t swim near the shores of islands.
They also have an attack radius and will leave you if you move out of it. When a Megalodon appears, the music shifts to an intense and thrilling tone, indicating that you are within its attack radius. Keep an eye on your surroundings, as the Meg will often reveal its head above the water if they have spotted you. After a terrifying roar, the Megalodon will begin to circle you.
However, note that the Shrouded Deep Adventure once allowed players to summon Shrouded Ghost, one of the five types of Megalodon in Sea of Thieves.
