Everything you need to know about the best Wylder build for the Enhanced Sentient Pest (Everdark Sovereign) in Elden Ring Nightreign.

Wylder is easily the best Nightfarer in Elden Ring Nightreign, purely in terms of his stats. He is essentially the “jack of all trades, master of none” Nightfarer in the game. Although Wylder is best played as aStrength-Dexteritycharacter, he can use almost any weapon quite efficiently.

You can even make Wylder work as a Sorcerer or a Pyromancer. Much like Raider, much of Wylder’s strength lies in his ability to deal massive DPS with single hits. The Nightfarer’s Ultimate Art,Onslaught Stake, deals a ton of damage and often breaks bosses’ stances. Also, with the right Relics, Wylder is easily the best choice for theEnhanced Sentient Pest—more so thanRaideror evenIroneye.

However, to properly use Wylder as a viable option against the Enhanced Gnoster, you will need a well-optimized build. Here’s a comprehensive guide to the best Wylder build for the Enhanced Sentient Pest in Elden Ring Nightreign.

Overview of the Wylder Build for Enhanced Sentient Pest in Elden Ring Nightreign

For this Wylder build, we focused on enhancing elemental damage. Wylder already deals fairly decent physical damage and can also dealFire damagewith hisUltimate Art. As such, we skipped usingFireAffinity for this build. Instead, we chose Frost and went withCaligo’sRelic. Frostbite is easily the best element to use against most Nightlords (except for Heolstor and Caligo). It not only deals a ton of damage but also slows down enemies, making it much easier to manage their combos and AOEs.

In addition to Frost, we also usedAugur’s Relicto boost Wylder’s survivability. However, you may replace Augur’s Relic with a different one if you prefer.

The idea behind this build is to give Wylder access to both Fire and Frost damage while also making him viable as atank. With this build, you can stay focused onFaurtis, making it easier for your teammates to deal damage to the boss. In addition, this build also works incredibly well for solo players. However, if you choose to go solo, we recommend using a Relic to boost Wylder’sArtcooldown.
