Best Victus XMR Warzone 2 loadout: Class setup, attachments, Perks
The Victus XMR is among the best sniper rifles in Warzone 2 and thanks to recent changes is among the chosen ones capable of one-shotting opponents from afar with the explosive rounds. So here’s our best Victus XMR meta loadout for Warzone 2’s battle royale.
Introduced in the Warzone 2 Season 1 update, the Victus XMR is a “hard-hitting, bolt action sniper rifle with .50 cal BMG ammunition,” based on the real-world AW50.

Alongside theMCPR-300andFJX Imperium, the Victus XMR is the best sniper rifle inSeason 3for insta-killing enemies at long-distance. While the gun lacks mobility, it makes up for it in raw firepower which is essential for dominating foes on Al Mazrah and Ashika Island.
Here’s the best loadout for the Victus XMR, including the attachments, perks, and equipment to use.

For our loadout, we focused on making the weapon one-shot enemies with ease and made sure it was powerful when used at long range. To do so you’ll need to use the.50 Cal Explosiveammunition as it isn’t possible to one shot against a fully plated enemy without it.
The downside to the Explosive rounds is that they noticeably decrease the Victus XMR’s bullet velocity. To offset this it’s best to use both theNilsound 90 Silencermuzzle attachment andMack 8 33.5 Superbarrel. As an added bonus the silencer will also make any shots fired quieter.

Since both the silencer and barrel slow down the Victus XMR it’s best to use the two remaining attachment slots to speed up the ADS. The best attachments for this are theAccu-Shot 5MW LaserandXRK Rise 50.
After theSeason 3 patch, it’s better to use the Accu-Shot 5MW Laser than the VLK LZR 7MW as the latter has an extremely visible laser that can give your position away. Both provide the same ADS increase so you aren’t missing out on much anyway.

Best Victus XMR Warzone 2 class: Perks & equipment
HavingOverkillis essential for any Sniper Rifle loadout as it allows you to equip an SMG or AR to provide a short-range option when not holding a sniping angle.
Next,Double Timeis a nice quality-of-life perk to have as it makes getting around the map easier. The 30% crouch movement speed increase shouldn’t be overlooked either as it can be useful whilst trying to stay quiet and sneak up on an enemy team.

Spotterensures you’ll never be caught off guard by enemy equipment, killstreaks, or field upgrades. This is particularly useful when entering buildings where enemy teams could have set up claymores and proximity mines.
For the Ultimate Perk, it’s best to useHigh Alertas this perk gives you a chance of fighting back when shot from behind. Since most players don’t use Cold Blooded you’ll receive a lot of intel on where other teams are positioned using this.
We round off the setup with aThrowing Knifefor finishing off opponents quickly andSmoke Grenadesto help reposition and create cover in areas that would otherwise put you at risk.
