Charlize Theron faced one of the weirdest situations of her life when her face couldn’t even be recognized by her co-star. The incident happened when the actress was filming 2019’sBombshellalongside Nicole Kidman. Theron recalled in an interview that her mind went through a multiverse of possibilities when theAquamanfame couldn’t recognize her.

Bombshellfeatured the real-life stories of women at Fox News who rallied against their CEO Roger Ailes and exposed him for s*xual harassment. The movie had an ensemble cast consisting ofCharlize Theron, Nicole Kidman, Margot Robbie, John Lithgow, and many others.
The transformations done to the stars in the movie are one of the main highlights ofBombshell.It was so terrific that even the co-stars couldn’t understand who they were working with. In an interview with ET, such an incident was unveiled by theMad Max: Fury Roadactress. The 47-year-old Theron admitted that she was extremely nervous when Kidman failed to recognize her.
“She walked by me at one point and I thought she was mad at me. I thought, ‘Oh god! What did I do? Did I mess something up in her trailer? Did I not say hi nicely?'”
It was natural for Charlize Theron to feel that way, as the person opposite to her was none other thanNicole Kidman,who played the role of Gretchen Carlson in the movie. It took some time for theFast Xactress to know that it was her insane makeup that created the fuss.
“She just came up to me and she was like ‘Charlize?’ and then I said, ‘Yes are you mad at me?’ She said, ‘No I just didn’t know that was you!”
