The Marvel Cinematic Universe has quite a few famous franchises under its umbrella and that includes the belovedGuardians of The Galaxytrilogy. It is focused on sci-fi, so realism is never the main draw for the movies, but there are many things fans have come to love about the franchise. In fact, even Neil deGrasse Tyson is a fan.
Guardians of The Galaxymade its debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the 2014 filmGuardians of The Galaxy. It was followed by its sequelsGuardians of The Galaxy Vol. 2and3.The film single-handedly made characters such as Rocket Raccoon, Drax The Destroyer and many others. The movies’ blend of comedy and action have set them above quite a few films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

What Happened In The Final Guardians of The Galaxy Movie?
Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3offered an emotional sendoff to everyone’s favorite characters in the epic space saga. It especially gave purpose to the likes of Star Lord, Gamora, Rocket Raccoon and Drax The Destroyer.
The ending of the movie saw Rocket Raccoon discovering a whole colony of racoons, making it clear he wants to take care of them. Gamora went back to her own family while acknowledging that Star Lord isn’t a bad person. Nebula, Drax and Groot also got appropriate endings. That said, fans might not have seen the last of these iconic characters on the Silver Screen.

Rocket Racoon Made Neil deGrasse Tyson Lose Complete Faith In Physics
Neil deGrasse Tysonis one of the most brilliant minds in the world right now, as he is an astrophysicist, author, and science communicator. Besides his incredible academic accomplishments, Tyson also has an impeccable sense of humor, which is why he often becomes a meme.
While speaking in a recent interview shared onYouTube, Neil deGrasse Tyson was asked to share his thoughts onGuardians of The Galaxy. He was asked if the ships that go through space make noise upset him. Tyson simply stated that he bought into the idea of Rocket Racoon running a ship and firing weapons on his own, therefore he is good with anything else that they showed in the film, making it clear that Rocket Racoon made him lose faith in Physics.
”I was asked about Guardians of The Galaxy. They asked me, ‘Well the ships that go through space, they make noise and does that upset you? Cause in space, there is no air, no one can hear you scream. Nor will you hear or anything. And so I said, I bought into bought into the idea of a talking racoon that shoots artillery from heavy weaponry off its shoulders, if I can accept that, I’m good with anything else that they showed in the film.”
Guardians of The Galaxyremains one of the best films Marvel has ever produced and its influence goes far and wide even now, as the recentGuardians of The Galaxygame released last year had direct influence from the films as well. Regardless, Neil deGrasse Tyson enjoyed the film and that is all that matters to him.
